A question I left with the Middle School: “Where does a hero rise out of?” 🦸‍♂️

This question is often answered in the most difficult moments. 🗻

When the Elementary and Middle School communities faced conflict, they could not see a way forward. 🧭

When they met together, the discussion was around how each side would be held accountable to their actions. 

Then a Middle Schooler raised his hand and simply said:

“We have all done wrong here. Each of us has to the school. 

The way to fix a wrong is with a right. 

We will clean the school, and each of us will work with someone from the other class.”

As if with a staff, a way forward was illuminated, and they got to work. 🧙‍♂️
