We were so lucky to have a critical care doctor from a local hospital visit us in the Middle School today. 

He spoke on the role of AI in medical science and facilitated a Q&A to help the studio set up their ER. 

With the help of a role playing educator🎭, he walked through a step by step approach on how to diagnose and treat a patient with abdominal pain. 

We explored critical questions on their quest to run an ER next week: 
💨 How do you know when a patient needs help right away?
⚠️ What risks are important to consider when ordering a test or scan? 
🔎 When symptoms are pointing towards different possible diagnoses, what do you do to differentiate them? 

The studio begins this final chapter in Medical Science with bravery and excitement.
