Our e-ship project winners received one of their prizes today: a Q&A hour with a real-world entrepreneur and business management professor: Richie Bloomfield, co-owner of Sidetrack Cafe.

Questions were prepared and many topics were covered: partnerships, management, a recipe to a successful small business, competition, risk assessment, and investment. We were okay with being “sidetracked” along the way. ☕️
